How do I protect my business?
General Liability
Commercial general liability coverage insures a business against accidents and injury that might happen on its premises, as well as exposures related to its products. It will protect you from payments for bodily injury or property damage to a third party, for medical expenses accruing to the underlying incident, for the cost of defending lawsuits including investigations and settlements, and for any bonds or judgments required during an appeal procedure. No matter how diligently you remove all possible hazards from your business, you could be sued successfully for accidents resulting from something as simple as the carelessness of a customer

Most companies will exclude products and complete operations from some policies i.e.: contractors.

Building and Contents
We will insure your building and contents for replacement cost, if applicable, in your package.
Tools and Equipmemt
Most of you have tools and equipment that you carry with you daily.  We can add an Inland Marine policy to your package that will insured them.  Any items with a value over $1,000 will have to be scheduled on the IM policy, including large machinery.
Business Interuption
As many of you experianced during the Rodeo/Chedeski fire, we had to close our business and lose income.  This was a real hardship on many of us, and even caused some to close thier doors.

Business interruption insurance compensates you for lost income if your company has to vacate the premises due to disaster-related damage that is covered under your property insurance policy, such as a fire. Business interruption insurance covers the profits you would have earned, based on your financial records, had the disaster not occurred

Extra Expense
Extra expense insurance reimburses your company for a reasonable sum of money that it spends, over and above normal operating expenses, to avoid having to shut down during the restoration period. Usually, extra expenses will be paid if they help to decrease business interruption costs.
